Laundry Collar (Strap portion) is opened and one end is inserted though the neckline and out the arm of any shirts or jerseys, then similarly through the waist line of shorts or pants and out the lower leg portion.2. Close Collar by inserting male end into female end of closure.3. Attach socks to collar. This is a process that is a bit strange the first time but very easy after the fisrt or second time. The greatest part about this product is that the socks will not fall of in the laundry when attached to the clip properly. See Photo Below. As you note the sock goes between the center of the clip and the flexible part of the clip is pulled down from the top, thus locking the sock in place. This can be done on any part of the sock.
